This Suburban has had only one owner and has been extremely well maintained.  The exterior of the Z-71 is in excellent condition with the exception of a few minor door dings, rock chips and scratches. The most mentionable scratches are on the driver side doors. The interior is in above average condition with minimal wear and tear. The leather seating surfaces are clean and free of damage. The carpets are very clean and show little wear.

The Suburban is mechanically in great shape. The 5.3 liter V8 runs strong and the automatic transmission is solid and shifts perfect. The four wheel drive system works correctly in all modes.

The Suburban is equipped with a 3" body lift to accomodate the 315/ 70R 17 B.F. Goodrich All-Terrian T/A's, which have approximately 75-80 % tread remaining. The Suburban is completely stock otherwise and has been adult driven since day one. The ride quality is excellent and the truck has virtually no rattles, even over rougher roads.
