I just had a fantastic experience with Hertel and had to share it. I was in the market for a new car and did countless of hours of research online to find the perfect car. I found it at Hertel and contacted them. Living in Corpus I was leery of buying a car sight unseen but damn, I did and couldn't be happier. I worked with Lee Wicker there and let me tell you he was phenomenal. I looked around for 3 weeks and contacted him early in the search. He was patient, transparent and very professional in every communication we had over 3 weeks. I bought a 2010 Lincoln MKS Ecoboost that was in pristine condition, inside and out I'd give a 9.7/10. Not being a fan of the whole car buying experience overall I was blown away by his service, patience and knowledge. This was by far, hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had and I'm 56 so I've had many. I flew from Corpus to DFW and headed out to Hertel. When I arrived the car was freshly detailed looking gorgeous and he had all the paperwork ready to go. I was stunned to see that the car literally looked almost brand new inside and out. Did a quick test drive then sealed the deal. I can't say thank you enough to Hertel and especially Lee for making this picky buyer completely satisfied. We will be customers for life no matter where we live, I'm not surprised at all by the multitude of compliments the dealership has and this is just one more.
